Assessment CentresRecruitment can be a costly and lengthy process which is why it is important to see a return on your investment by selecting the right people first time.
Assessment centres allow employers to gain a broader picture of a potential employee than can be achieved through more traditional routes, such as CVs, interviews and references. In turn, they also give candidates an opportunity to demonstrate that they have the skills and aptitude to cope with the demands of the job.
