Methods such as ability tests give employers an insight into the speed and accuracy to which candidates can process different types of data; whilst personality instruments can give an insight into the behavioural preferences of each candidate.
Such insights can be backed up by behavioural evidence in observed exercises enabling an in-depth analysis of strengths and weaknesses to be undertaken.
