NLP for People Managers

Visions uses the main principles and skills underpinning NLP to design interactive workshops which relate to our roles and functions within the workplace. Realistic role-play exercises are used to embed the skills into practise.

NLP teaches people about how their brains function - they can then use this information to make changes. Our workshops provide exercises and models, rather than just theory, to help people realise their potential. As NLP creates new ways of understanding how verbal and non-verbal communication affect how we function and how we manage all of our relationships with others, it gives us the opportunity to take control over what we considered to be out of our sphere of influence. NLP positively impacts our ability to influence and coach the performance of others.
