Visions team takes an innovative approach to the design of powerful workshops to challenge the thinking and behaviour of people managers.
Drawing upon our proven methodology that incorporates a highly practical approach using relevant theory, accurate role-play environments,
behavioural assessment and challenging case studies, we are able to design a range of interventions. These include bite-size masterclasses
with 1/2 and 1 day extensions; one, two and three day management workshops, senior management training workshops, development centres, and large-scale people &
change workshops for full management populations.
Our multi-skilled team of management trainers and performance coaches offer the necessary
flexibility to incorporate all the required learning environments to embed behavioural change. |
